Taiwan: Day 3 & 4 - The Countryside

It's been pouring ever since this morning... I'm not that fond of rain... At least not right now anyways.



Well our first stop today was to 佛光山 (FoGuangShan) 




 Before going into the memorial, we had some vegetarian for lunch. Although it was quite plain, it was in fact an enjoyable meal.

Discovered these wonderfully delicious strawberry-mochi-ice-cream-buns while looking around the area.


Um... hello, talking Buddha.
